· Staff
Keith is the Resident Manager who lives in the house, He also supervises the House steward, maids, Garderners, swimming pool maintenance and is happy to shop for you at the Mapusa Bazaar, you can also join him for these trips and assist you with all your needs in Goa. He can also arrange sight seeing, beach trips and also reccomend bars, Resturants, Night Market, Flea market shopping trips, etc. Beer, Liqour, etc ask him for the wholesale suppliers. Kali the House steward with his wife and family have separate accommodation in the ground. Kali looks after the running of the house and looks after the garden and pool area and will help prepare light breakfasts.
PLEASE NOTE: Kali can also on request produce a delicious North Indian and South Indian curries and Snacks. He is a qualified Hyderbadi Chef. His famous Hyderbadi Dhum Biryani Chicken or Mutton is mouth watering, although ingredents have to be purchased and passed to him. This is by separate arrangement and there is no an additional charge but please give him something extra at the end of the holiday.
MAID SERVICE
The maids' daily duties include:
Cleaning bathrooms, bed making, sweeping, dusting, washing pots and pans, cleaning the kitchen and washing of light personal laundry e.g. T-shirts, blouses, shorts, swim wear, underwear, summer skirts etc. Not included Ironing of personal laundry items. We can advise of local laundries if you require this service.
